教学步骤：

一、提出问题，让学生讨论，并找学生回答。

• 1. What trouble do you often meet in your daily life?

• 2. When trouble comes to you, how do you feel?  

• 3. When you feel depressed or gloomy, what will you do to relax yourself?

• 4. How do you understand “trouble is a friend”?

• 5. Are you optimistic or pessimistic? Why do you think so?

  创作背景

• 在lenka的同名专辑《lenka》中，最为中国歌迷熟知的就是那首轻快的“trouble is a friend”，不过这首歌还有一段不为人知的小秘密。lenka谈到这首歌时很不好意思的说道，“其实这首歌本意就是很私人的事情，和感情有关，所以并不愿意去讲太多，让这段不开心的经历过去吧。”当然她自己也坦承：“这算我自己犯的一个错误吧，以后应该不会了”。 

    歌手信息

来自澳洲的Lenka，六岁时伴随吹奏小号的父亲而开口歌唱，慢慢培养出对音乐的高度兴趣。移居悉尼之后，Lenka开始学习舞蹈等表演课程，进入艺术学院加强其发声训练。2004年加入Electronic-Rock团体Decoder Ring，替短片《犹太男孩/Jewboy》编写配乐而风靡许多电影节会场，更跃登澳洲大小音乐祭典舞台。Lenka飞到美国洛杉矶寻找更多音乐灵感，同时不断于工作室里头制作自己的歌曲，2007年获得Epic Records赏识，顺利签入旗下筹备个人专辑。
