2.同学们基本掌握相关工作流程的基本步骤，注意事项和相关词汇，语言。

3.很多同学也逐渐把自己的身份从学生身份代入感调整到了工作状态的代入感。

教学反思

很多同学有学习的热情和兴趣，但是本身基础的限制，使得一些同学心有余而力不足，所以英语的学习是个持续性的工作。
