小知识:离境回国时领队的工作

 

1. 办理乘机手续
  帮助游客托运行李,换领登机卡。购买离境机场税,一般由境外接待社支付,多数情况下机场税包含在机票内。

2. 办理离境手续
 将护照、机票发给游客。帮助游客填写出境卡,引导游客排队办理离境手续,有序通过移民局离境。

3. 办理海关手续

不同国家地区的海关有不同的途径限制, 领队应充分了解离境国家的海关规定,协助游客办理通关手续。

4. 办理购物退税手续

欧美各大机场有购物退税专柜,登机前可凭购物凭证退税。领队应预留时间帮助游客办理购物退税手续。

5. 提醒游客登机
核实登机闸口并提醒游客注意,避免游客因购物而误机。

教学评价

(说明:教学评价方法得当,合理开展形成性评价,能将语言知识和技能评价与课程思政教学效果评价有机结合;能对教学效果进行反思,并提出创新点和改进教学的方法。)

经过一个学期的学习,同学们基本掌握了带团出境旅行的基本步骤,注意事项和相关词汇,语言。很多同学也逐渐把自己的身份从游客的代入感调整到了领队的代入感,涉外领队是个大有前途的工作,需要进一步夯实大家的技能和语言。

教学反思

(总结本节课教学的优点或成功之处,取得的成效,目标达成情况,反思在教学实施过程中值得研究的问题或存在的不足以及改进措施。)

从事出境游,会直接面对外国文化的冲击,要帮助学生树立民族自尊心和自豪感,维护国家利益和团队利益。

个别基础较弱的同学,参与度不高。

3.课堂上一些同学表现出来的享乐主义,拜金主义确实值得我们注意并纠正 。
