小知识:领队境外应急处理
1. 交通事故 (1)领队应该迅速抢救伤员。同时沉着镇定,迅速将游客撤到安全距离以外的地方。 (2)领队应该对伤员进行止血、包扎伤口,尽快将重伤者送往就近医院抢救。 (3)如有重大伤亡,应立即联系救护车;保护好现场,以便公安交管部门调查处理。 2. 火灾 (1)游客应该立刻报火警。 (2)领队应该告诉游客火灾发生,并且带他们通过安全紧急出口到达安全的地方。 (3)警告游客不能乘坐电梯。由于火灾可能造成停电,游客会被困在电梯里。 3. 突发心脏病 (1)领队不能拿出自己的药给病人服用,因为他没有处方权。如果其他游客不是医生,领队也不能从他们那里取药给病人服用。 (2)领队应当让病人平躺在地,将他的头稍稍抬起。如果病人有减轻心脏病症状的药物,领队可帮助病人服下。 (3)领队应当立即拨打电话叫救护车,将病人送往附近的医院救治。
